Carmen spends her days in isolation, looking after her old father and mother. Defying the tradition of the Gypsy community and her family, Carmen secretly keeps an intense relationship with Sheila, a love that gives her the strength to survive a hostile reality.

Luciana and Melina Terribili studied cinematography, specializing in Documentary Film. Their first documentary “Tiempo de elecciones” received the First Prize at the 7th International Film Festival Santa Fe, organized by Fernando Birri. During DocMontevideo 2011 her film “Un día gris, un día azul, igual al mar” won the DocsBarcelona Award. The documentary had its world premiere in 2012 at the 27th Mar del Plata International Film Festival.
